With a comfortable, home-like office setting on the third floor, provides high quality, confidential, mental health care for children, teens, young adults (to 25 years), and families. From assessment of mental health care needs and psychotherapy to psychopharmacological management, Dr. Moldenhauer takes a strength-based approach to caring for the emotional well being of your children and your family.

As a dually licensed psychiatric and pediatric nurse practitioner, Dr. Moldenhauer's areas of expertise include:

• coping with depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and ADHD.

Dr. Zendi Moldenhauer earned a Master of Nursing degree (pediatrics) and her Nursing Doctorate from the University of Rochester, NY. During this time she completed an adolescent fellowship and a post-masters certificate in psychiatric nursing. Her funded research focused on depression in adolescents. She has presented nationally and internationally, and has published numerous articles about a variety of mental health subjects in children and adolescents. Having worked in a local pediatric practice for eight years prior to her private practice, Dr. Moldenhauer has a thorough understanding of primary health care issues, diverse family concerns, physical and mental health interactions, and mind-body connections. She has been a consultant to an adolescent psychiatric day treatment program and is currently an Assistant Professor at the University of Rochester, School of Nursing.
